"We are here to serve the client in a time of need, whether it is a business need or a personal crisis. Secondly, we are results-oriented. That means we do the job right, whether it's winning in court or making sure the paperwork is 100 percent correct." That sums up the philosophy of Managing Partner Frank Iacovangelo, which he believes has driven the firm's growth. "When you maintain a singular focus on the client, everything else follows. Personal relationships make all the difference. My clients know they can confide in me, that they can always reach me, and that, if they have a problem, I will help them." Business Expertise Although he considers his practice to be general, Frank says business matters are his strong suit. "I have been involved in a number of business ventures, so I understand the practical and operational issues. That makes my advice to a client that much more valuable." "What I Was Meant To Do" From the day that a professor at St. John Fisher College told him he "would make a fine lawyer," Frank has been enthralled with the field. "I have not been unhappy with my profession even one day in my life." A graduate of Aquinas Institute, he has served as a trustee of that school. Although he has traveled throughout Europe, the Caribbean and the U.S., he says he "never went anywhere I wanted to stay. I always wanted to come home." Likewise, he supports the "home teams" like the Red Wings, Rhinos, Rochester Amerks and the Buffalo Bills, and prefers to spend the bulk of his leisure time with his wife, Jean, their six children, and their grandchildren. He grew up in the City of Rochester, the firstborn son of Italian immigrants, and now lives in Chili Center.
