    Background

Len is a lifelong resident of Rochester and has practiced law in this community since his admission to the Bar in 1993.  His clients include public housing authorities, relocation companies, commercial lenders, municipalities, public authorities, condominium associations, homeowners' associations, private businesses and individuals.  Prior to joining G&I, Len was affiliated with one of Rochester's largest law firms and was responsible for both litigation and handling all phases of transactional real estate matters.  The team approach for delivering legal services that Len experienced with a larger firm is much like the methods used at G&I.  Len's goal is to provide the same superior quality legal services at a more economical rate.

    Professional Philosophy

Being an attorney means helping people and businesses through challenging times and circumstances.  Remaining zealous, accessible and supportive is crucial.  An attorney must display skill, passion and sound judgment to solve the many challenges clients face today.  "Referrals are the true measure of professional success as there is simply nothing more gratifying than a phone call, card or handshake from a satisfied client," says Len.  Len's goal is building long-term relationships with each of his clients and becoming an integral part of their business and/or personal decision-making processes.  G&I shares this philosophy, passion and drive.

Len is a graduate of Brighton High School and resides in Brighton with his wife, Rachel, and their two children.  He enjoys traveling and golf.
